My Photo Art, etc.

 

          SUNDAY 8/14/22 8:25PM-I was inspired by a photo art exhibit that I saw at the Montgomery county fair. I have 25 photos that I would consider art worthy. That’s approximately, (at six dollars per photo) $150. I guess I’ll pick one a week.
      8:38PM-I just ordered one photo from CVS at four dollars for an 8 x 10. I can pick it up tomorrow morning and pay for it at that time. That’s one down, and 24 to go.
10:18PM-Looks like I'm gonna be fairly busy tomorrow, but I don't have any Doctors appointments. If I could, I'd do the Snoopy Dance.
 11;24PM--I was late taking the Trazodone, but I'm gonna go to bed at Midnight, whether it has kicked in or not. I don't think I'll have much trouble falling asleep.
MONDAY 8/15/22 8:31AM--The busy day has started. I'm hoping to be back home by Eleven o'clock.
12:52PM-got home a little while ago...accomplished everything except getting the Klondike Bars-RATS! So I'll go to McDonald's and get...something. Hoping to be napping by 3PM. We'll see.
5:07PM--went to McDonald's, got two hot fudge sundaes...One for me, one for her. Planning on having hot dogs with melted cheddar cheese on them, somewhere around 6 o'clock or so.
5:35PM--as far as I know, I have no major commitments tomorrow. I like that.
10:04PM--I DO have a minor commitment tomorrow morning--I'm getting a shingles vaccination. And I plan on taking SueEl to Blinkie's Karaoke. My plan is to take the Trazodone soon, wait for it to "kick in" and then go to bed.
TUESDAY 8/16/22 9:02AM--I plan on getting the shingles vaccine in about an hour. After that, I hope to get another work order for tomorrow's MRI--and won't I be super glad when THAT'S over.
10:45AM-got the first vaccine a little while ago...getting the 2nd one in October. Following the one day at a time philosophy, I'll think about tomorrow...tomorrow.
1:21PM--maybe it's all in my head, but the woman who gave me the shot said I would get tired-and I am. But that tends to happen almost everyday anyway.
      SueEl is not going with me to Hershey's, and I'M just going so I can see Ken and Luisa. I doubt if I'm gonna sign up to sing anything, but ya never know.
5:04PM--while I DO wanna see Ken and Luisa, I must remember that I have to get up at Six in the morning in order to make the trip to get the MRI done. So that's that.
10:09PM--just took the Traz; hope to be in bed by 11PM or so.

Musical homework

            THURSDAY 8/4/22 6:19PM-- started doing my band "homework"... Hoping to be ready by Sunday's practice. Made a legible copy (by hand and then laptop) of the songs and their corresponding NOTES. It didn't take too long, but I'm glad I'm finished. 10:22PM-just took the Trazodone...gonna give it until 11PM and then ready or not I'M going to bed. I don't know why, but I'm almost happy the cleaners won't be back for two weeks. This happens every time they come to clean. Tomorrow is Muzzy's play date. Tuesday's just as bad

            TUESDAY 5/17/22 11:16AM-- someone is coming here to give me some sort of check-up. I don't think they represent UHC, but I might be wrong about that. Whoever it is, they're supposed to be here between Noon and 4PM. The sooner they get here, the sooner they'll be gone.  11:45AM--I'm nervous about the upcoming exam. As if I didn't already have enough to worry about, right? I've got bills I think need to be paid; I wanna be alone when I do it, and unless Dianne goes upstairs to work, I won't be. 1:41PM--whoever's coming to examine me should be here shortly...how long will the exam take? I have no idea, but I hope to be trying for a nap before three o'clock. 2:56PM--the exam is over, the young woman just left...I guess I'm in worse shape than I thought. I MIGHT have a mini pizza for dinner. 3:35PM--or not...the last thing I wanna do is ask Dianne to help me cook anything ...so tonight I'll have the Fettucine Alfredo, THAT I know how ...

dumber as ya get older

        MONDAY 5/23/22 8:47AM-It took me awhile, but I (alone) checked my blood sugar. it was 116. I was ok once I found the instruction booklet. I made a really good looking omelet. Today is the last day it's safe to use the eggs.         Dianne is at her doctor's appointment, I think. I'm working on the dishes,  after which...well, I dunno what I'll be doing. IF I can find the energy, I'll go to Hank's--IF I get the chance to warm up, more than a little that is. 5:10PM--the strings on Butterscotch absolutely need to be changed...well, maybe next week I'll bring it to Hank's. I'm still planning on going, but I'm not taking anything but some guitar picks. SueEl still isn't going tonight as far as I know. There might be a Fender amp and Tele already there--I can use that stuff if I get the chance to play. 7:26PM-the amp is here, the Tele is not-as far as I can see. 7:42PM-I guess I’ll be a spectator…such is Life.
