I seem to have a therapist

 

                    MONDAY 8/8/22 11:44AM--I spent about an hour with my new therapist; we spent the time getting to known each other. Well, she was getting to know ME. It was a virtual visit; it seemed to go well, from a technical standpoint. Except for the glare from the light above my head.
         I think the rest of the day is open as far as I know. I don't have to go out until dinnertime; I gotta go to Safeway to get tonight's dinner-whatever it's gonna be. I'll have to cool off the car first, that should take about five minutes or so.
7:21PM--just had a store bought DiGiorno medium pizza, ate the whole thing...I'm gonna try my very best to NOT eat anymore today, except dessert. I think I can do it.
10:25PM--about to take the Trazodone...hope to be in bed by Eleven.
           TUESDAY 8/9/22 8:36AM-The things I wanted to do today will have to wait. Today was trash day, and I missed it – again. So I have to take the trash to the dump and Dianne suggested I take some of the paint cans with me; so now it’s a government project. *I* think the paint cans are a separate project altogether. As for what I wanted to do, some of it will have to wait till tomorrow I guess. Or later today, in the sweltering heat. Not looking forward to that. For all I know the repairman might not come until three-thirty. IMO that stinks. Maybe he'll come before Lunchtime; I'd like that a bunch.  Otherwise, I'll start over tomorrow morning.
12:12PM--the repairman just arrived...I can't imagine that he'd be here much longer than an hour. But who knows? Theoretically I could go to the dump and Litz before dinner. I guess I have to go to Safeway to get hot dogs, so maybe I'll go to the dump and Litz after my attempted nap. That would leave me with two less things to worry about.
1:15PM--I think he was here roughly thirty minutes, more or less. Gonna go upstairs shortly; gonna set the alarm for four PM. Probably the hottest part of the day, right?
5:26PM--got rid of the trash, bought a 10' cable, got hot dogs and some "brown" soda...
5:40PM--and now I have a slight headache...but it seems to be going away even now...
9:52PM--I'm going to bed early because of the Gov't Project that's facing me tomorrow morning. The bathroom remodeling guy(s) are due at Eight AM. I think have have to be around to get them started; then I can go to the dump with the paint.

Musical homework

            THURSDAY 8/4/22 6:19PM-- started doing my band "homework"... Hoping to be ready by Sunday's practice. Made a legible copy (by hand and then laptop) of the songs and their corresponding NOTES. It didn't take too long, but I'm glad I'm finished. 10:22PM-just took the Trazodone...gonna give it until 11PM and then ready or not I'M going to bed. I don't know why, but I'm almost happy the cleaners won't be back for two weeks. This happens every time they come to clean. Tomorrow is Muzzy's play date. Tuesday's just as bad

            TUESDAY 5/17/22 11:16AM-- someone is coming here to give me some sort of check-up. I don't think they represent UHC, but I might be wrong about that. Whoever it is, they're supposed to be here between Noon and 4PM. The sooner they get here, the sooner they'll be gone.  11:45AM--I'm nervous about the upcoming exam. As if I didn't already have enough to worry about, right? I've got bills I think need to be paid; I wanna be alone when I do it, and unless Dianne goes upstairs to work, I won't be. 1:41PM--whoever's coming to examine me should be here shortly...how long will the exam take? I have no idea, but I hope to be trying for a nap before three o'clock. 2:56PM--the exam is over, the young woman just left...I guess I'm in worse shape than I thought. I MIGHT have a mini pizza for dinner. 3:35PM--or not...the last thing I wanna do is ask Dianne to help me cook anything ...so tonight I'll have the Fettucine Alfredo, THAT I know how ...

dumber as ya get older

        MONDAY 5/23/22 8:47AM-It took me awhile, but I (alone) checked my blood sugar. it was 116. I was ok once I found the instruction booklet. I made a really good looking omelet. Today is the last day it's safe to use the eggs.         Dianne is at her doctor's appointment, I think. I'm working on the dishes,  after which...well, I dunno what I'll be doing. IF I can find the energy, I'll go to Hank's--IF I get the chance to warm up, more than a little that is. 5:10PM--the strings on Butterscotch absolutely need to be changed...well, maybe next week I'll bring it to Hank's. I'm still planning on going, but I'm not taking anything but some guitar picks. SueEl still isn't going tonight as far as I know. There might be a Fender amp and Tele already there--I can use that stuff if I get the chance to play. 7:26PM-the amp is here, the Tele is not-as far as I can see. 7:42PM-I guess I’ll be a spectator…such is Life.
