A lousy day so far

 

SUNDAY6/19/22 12:05PM-I really really really should’ve stayed in bed… It’s been a crummy day so far; the roommate has a bug up her butt and I don’t know why. I guess I put it there, but who knows?
             12:38 PM-yesterday I had lunch for breakfast, today I had breakfast for lunch I guess… It’s on its way to 1 o’clock and I’m thinking in terms of lunch. We are still out and about with one more stop to make before we can go to the grocery store. And I have work to do when we DO get back home, although most of the stuff on the dining room table  is hers not mine.
         1:01PM -so our next stop is the grocery store… I need some groceries and a bunch of cash. I’m hoping $100 will get me through until my SSA check comes.
           2:43PM-We might not be home until 4 o’clock. I’ve been given permission to complete my tasks tomorrow. I am REALLY hoping to catch a little bit of a nap when we get home.
            5:47PM--but, of course, I didn't...or if I did, it must have been very brief. I think we got home somewhere around 4:30. I think we're having some kinda steak for Dinner. And I got Klondike bars when I went to the grocery store, among other things.
        6:50PM--I can't WAIT until bedtime, whenever that will be.
9:25PM-she’s still acting pretty aggressively, towards me at least; I don’t know why. I guess I’ll have to stay in her office watching TV until she goes to bed.
MONDAY 6/20/22 12:21PM--so it's Monday...the weather is good; I don't think I have any commitments today-at least, none that I can remember.
5:11PM--as always, I need to do Laundry. That might wait until tomorrow.
7:28PM--had spaghetti and meatballs for Dinner...just killing time until I watch ST-TOS. After that, I might be doodling and/or cyber-surfing, just marking time until I can go to bed--somewhere 'round Eleven PM.
11:18PM--I took the Trazodone about 20 minutes ago. I'm gonna wait until 11:45 and then I'll go to bed.

Musical homework

            THURSDAY 8/4/22 6:19PM-- started doing my band "homework"... Hoping to be ready by Sunday's practice. Made a legible copy (by hand and then laptop) of the songs and their corresponding NOTES. It didn't take too long, but I'm glad I'm finished. 10:22PM-just took the Trazodone...gonna give it until 11PM and then ready or not I'M going to bed. I don't know why, but I'm almost happy the cleaners won't be back for two weeks. This happens every time they come to clean. Tomorrow is Muzzy's play date. I should be back home by eight thirty, after I go to Safeway and get bologna.       FRIDAY 8/5/22 8:46AM--Dianne is going to the Germantown flea market by herself. She's OK with that. I've got a bunch of songs to listen to, about 14 of them. 12:10PM--I sorta forgot there will be other musical acts at next week's gig besides us...the most well known and probably the tightest will be the Marsh Brothers. Tuesday's just as bad

            TUESDAY 5/17/22 11:16AM-- someone is coming here to give me some sort of check-up. I don't think they represent UHC, but I might be wrong about that. Whoever it is, they're supposed to be here between Noon and 4PM. The sooner they get here, the sooner they'll be gone.  11:45AM--I'm nervous about the upcoming exam. As if I didn't already have enough to worry about, right? I've got bills I think need to be paid; I wanna be alone when I do it, and unless Dianne goes upstairs to work, I won't be. 1:41PM--whoever's coming to examine me should be here shortly...how long will the exam take? I have no idea, but I hope to be trying for a nap before three o'clock. 2:56PM--the exam is over, the young woman just left...I guess I'm in worse shape than I thought. I MIGHT have a mini pizza for dinner. 3:35PM--or not...the last thing I wanna do is ask Dianne to help me cook anything ...so tonight I'll have the Fettucine Alfredo, THAT I know how ...

dumber as ya get older

        MONDAY 5/23/22 8:47AM-It took me awhile, but I (alone) checked my blood sugar. it was 116. I was ok once I found the instruction booklet. I made a really good looking omelet. Today is the last day it's safe to use the eggs.         Dianne is at her doctor's appointment, I think. I'm working on the dishes,  after which...well, I dunno what I'll be doing. IF I can find the energy, I'll go to Hank's--IF I get the chance to warm up, more than a little that is. 5:10PM--the strings on Butterscotch absolutely need to be changed...well, maybe next week I'll bring it to Hank's. I'm still planning on going, but I'm not taking anything but some guitar picks. SueEl still isn't going tonight as far as I know. There might be a Fender amp and Tele already there--I can use that stuff if I get the chance to play. 7:26PM-the amp is here, the Tele is not-as far as I can see. 7:42PM-I guess I’ll be a spectator…such is Life.
