What am I doing wrong?
SUNDAY 4/17/22 8:08PM-my Fitbit is acting kind of weird… Sometimes it does everything I want it to do and sometimes it doesn’t; specifically I want to use the Weather app, but can’t yet. I do know how to use the alarms; that counts for something.
9:09PM--suddenly the Weather App on my Fitbit is active.
MONDAY 4/18/22 9:19AM--I very much wanna put new strings on Butterscotch II, but I gotta finish putting the dishes away first. I hope to start working on B II around 10AM, more or less. The working area is SUCH a mess; I'll have to try to clean it up first.
11:35AM--Dianne took my blood sugar level...It was/is 175, which is NOT good. Before she did that, I put new strings on B II. and then coming up the stairs (2 of them) I fell down, but I ctually believe it as all my fault--Apparently I'd forgotten to close the case. Anyway, I'm optimistic that the new strings will make a difference in my playing. Rain or shine, I plan to go to Dietle's tonight, with or w/o SueEl.
12:47PM--SueEl can't go, so I'll go myself, with fingers crossed.AND the UHC exam is postponed until tomorrow. Suddenly, things may be starting to possibly, perhaps, in a way, look slightly better. But I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
3:23PM--I fell trying to carry B II up from the basement. I took two maybe three steps and down I went. Looking back, it wouldn't have happened if the case had been closed.
3:47PM--I tried THREE times to write myself a lyric cheat for I HEAR YOU KNOCKIN' but apparently somebody somewhere doesn't want me to play it. I also tried a few times to write out the chords to the refrain of DON'T CRY NO TEARS...maybe I'm not supposed to do that one either.
11:50PM--I THINK one of my entries has disappeared, but I'm not 100% sure. So(for possibly the 2nd time) here's my report on the open mic at Hank's. At the most I would give myself a "6". I think B II sounded good--butI could barely hear myself over Jim. And I think the action was what I wanted. But I still haven't found a place to cut loose with it. I gotta start practicing.
