     FRIDAY 4/29/22 10:10AM-- 

 To recap:
           1. I can read/write my Gmail.
           2. I can view my Google photos.
           3. I can watch/listen to youTube videos.
           4. I can do my Zen Coloring artwork.
           5. I can do something (?) with Virtual DJ. (dunno exactly what)
           6. I can apparently do some phone things on the laptop, like Google Keep. (shopping lists, etc)
           7. I can do Google Maps.
           8. I can do Facebook.
           9. I can do Messenger (thru FB)
         10. I can do Google Documents

           Some, if not all of those things can be done in a somewhat round about way, but they can be done and that's good enough for me--for now at least.

          10:34AM--and now I'm wrestling with the f**king TV.
          11:20AM--gonna have Lunch with SueEl at McD's after I go get Muzzy. I hope to be home before three PM. I think I can squeeze in Dinner before I go to Best Buy. What Dinner will be is completely unknown to me.
4:23PM--I think Dianne and I are going out for Dinner. Even if she wasn't helping me thru this Techno Nightmare, she deserves it.

5:05PM-well whatever’s gonna happen this evening is gonna start happening in a few minutes. I’m taking Dianne and myself to red lobster probably the most expensive restaurant we know of, or that I know of. The credit cards are still good but we’re into a cautionary zone, a yellow zone I guess you might say.

     I don’t know if we can get in and out of Red Lobster by 7 o’clock; I guess we won’t know until we do it, one way or the other. For instance, I thought Dianne would be on her way out of CVS by now – but of course she’s not. Somebody up there, (or somewhere) really doesn’t like me for some reason.

  We got outta Red Lobster with plenty of time to spare. In other Tech. News, Dianne fixed my Fit Bit. The screen protector was too thick…go figure.

7:46PM-As hard as it may be to believe I’ve got iTunes back – don’t ask me how. It was the young lady at Best Buy that brought it back although in private Dianne almost insisted that she could do it. The reason I didn’t ask Dianne to do anything is cause she’s got enough stuff on her plate and I didn’t want to add to it. There is still one more problem – storage. I’m coming back on Monday afternoon and hopefully will get the storage problem settled.

Musical homework

            THURSDAY 8/4/22 6:19PM-- started doing my band "homework"... Hoping to be ready by Sunday's practice. Made a legible copy (by hand and then laptop) of the songs and their corresponding NOTES. It didn't take too long, but I'm glad I'm finished. 10:22PM-just took the Trazodone...gonna give it until 11PM and then ready or not I'M going to bed. I don't know why, but I'm almost happy the cleaners won't be back for two weeks. This happens every time they come to clean. Tomorrow is Muzzy's play date. I should be back home by eight thirty, after I go to Safeway and get bologna.       FRIDAY 8/5/22 8:46AM--Dianne is going to the Germantown flea market by herself. She's OK with that. Tuesday's just as bad

            TUESDAY 5/17/22 11:16AM-- someone is coming here to give me some sort of check-up. I don't think they represent UHC, but I might be wrong about that. Whoever it is, they're supposed to be here between Noon and 4PM. The sooner they get here, the sooner they'll be gone.  11:45AM--I'm nervous about the upcoming exam. As if I didn't already have enough to worry about, right? I've got bills I think need to be paid; I wanna be alone when I do it, and unless Dianne goes upstairs to work, I won't be. 1:41PM--whoever's coming to examine me should be here shortly...how long will the exam take? I have no idea, but I hope to be trying for a nap before three o'clock. 2:56PM--the exam is over, the young woman just left...I guess I'm in worse shape than I thought. I MIGHT have a mini pizza for dinner. 3:35PM--or not...the last thing I wanna do is ask Dianne to help me cook anything ...so tonight I'll have the Fettucine Alfredo, THAT I know how ...

dumber as ya get older

        MONDAY 5/23/22 8:47AM-It took me awhile, but I (alone) checked my blood sugar. it was 116. I was ok once I found the instruction booklet. I made a really good looking omelet. Today is the last day it's safe to use the eggs.         Dianne is at her doctor's appointment, I think. I'm working on the dishes,  after which...well, I dunno what I'll be doing. IF I can find the energy, I'll go to Hank's--IF I get the chance to warm up, more than a little that is. 5:10PM--the strings on Butterscotch absolutely need to be changed...well, maybe next week I'll bring it to Hank's. I'm still planning on going, but I'm not taking anything but some guitar picks. SueEl still isn't going tonight as far as I know. There might be a Fender amp and Tele already there--I can use that stuff if I get the chance to play. 7:26PM-the amp is here, the Tele is not-as far as I can see. 7:42PM-I guess I’ll be a spectator…such is Life.
