Maybe we’re all the way back

 

       TUESDAY 3/29/22 4:56PM-Well, I THINK I got back the apps that I wanted, the apps that I use the most. I don’t know for sure yet but for right this minute, it looks that way. And I did it by myself, THIS TIME Dianne didn't help me. I THINK the last hurdle was getting Bing back onto the Home Screen. The iPhone 13 Mini camera(s) are more complicated.
   6:15PM--I'm a little bit happier than I was, so I'll take what I can get.
7:00PM--like always, I look forward to bedtime...the problem is, bedtime leads to another day.
9:21PM--I dunno why, but both of our former iPhones are apparently still active. I foresee ANOTHER trip to Verizon, probably tomorrow. Or Thursday.
WEDNESDAY 3/30/22 1:19pm--much to my surprise the SSA money is in the Bank. The new monthly amount seems to be $920 dollars, giving me a total of $975.That makes me happy.
     I think Lou and I are meeting tomorrow night at an open mic at Umberto's (108 and Brookville Rd--just south of Muncaster Rd.) It's acoustic only, I think. So be it.
4:36PM--other than getting the SSA money early-which IS a big deal-it's been a crummy day IMO. I hope tomorrow will be better. But I say that every day. Bedtime can't come soon enough. I say THAT every day too.
10:19PM--there's an annoying humming sound that goes thru the earbuds when I listen thru my new phone. I really don't like that; but I don't know what, if anything, I can do about it. Except to NOT listen to Music thru my new iPhone. Oh well...I've got LOTSA blank CDs to play with.
11:25PM--So TWO Trazodone pills at night is the new normal? We'll see. I've got a fair amount of stuff to do before Jorge and the ladies show up to clean Dianne's house. There's roughly TWO townhouses full of stuff in this ONE house, and she keeps getting more.

THURSDAY 3/31/22 1:01PM-Well my original lunch plan went down the drain; but we went to Panera, and that worked out just fine. Jorge and the girls showed up at about noon; and I am Magine they’ll still be there at 2 o’clock. I’m hoping will get home before that because we have a task for Jorge to work on. Dianne will, of course, pay him for the extra work. I hope to be back in bed by 2:30, if not sooner.

  I don’t know for sure if Lou and I are going to the open mic tonight. I think it depends on the weather; which at this point does not look good. But a lot can happen between now and 6 o’clock. I think if it was up to me we would go to the open mic. But not if the weather is going to be as severe as is being predicted.

Musical homework

            THURSDAY 8/4/22 6:19PM-- started doing my band "homework"... Hoping to be ready by Sunday's practice. Made a legible copy (by hand and then laptop) of the songs and their corresponding NOTES. It didn't take too long, but I'm glad I'm finished. 10:22PM-just took the Trazodone...gonna give it until 11PM and then ready or not I'M going to bed. I don't know why, but I'm almost happy the cleaners won't be back for two weeks. This happens every time they come to clean. Tomorrow is Muzzy's play date. Tuesday's just as bad

            TUESDAY 5/17/22 11:16AM-- someone is coming here to give me some sort of check-up. I don't think they represent UHC, but I might be wrong about that. Whoever it is, they're supposed to be here between Noon and 4PM. The sooner they get here, the sooner they'll be gone.  11:45AM--I'm nervous about the upcoming exam. As if I didn't already have enough to worry about, right? I've got bills I think need to be paid; I wanna be alone when I do it, and unless Dianne goes upstairs to work, I won't be. 1:41PM--whoever's coming to examine me should be here shortly...how long will the exam take? I have no idea, but I hope to be trying for a nap before three o'clock. 2:56PM--the exam is over, the young woman just left...I guess I'm in worse shape than I thought. I MIGHT have a mini pizza for dinner. 3:35PM--or not...the last thing I wanna do is ask Dianne to help me cook anything ...so tonight I'll have the Fettucine Alfredo, THAT I know how ...

dumber as ya get older

        MONDAY 5/23/22 8:47AM-It took me awhile, but I (alone) checked my blood sugar. it was 116. I was ok once I found the instruction booklet. I made a really good looking omelet. Today is the last day it's safe to use the eggs.         Dianne is at her doctor's appointment, I think. I'm working on the dishes,  after which...well, I dunno what I'll be doing. IF I can find the energy, I'll go to Hank's--IF I get the chance to warm up, more than a little that is. 5:10PM--the strings on Butterscotch absolutely need to be changed...well, maybe next week I'll bring it to Hank's. I'm still planning on going, but I'm not taking anything but some guitar picks. SueEl still isn't going tonight as far as I know. There might be a Fender amp and Tele already there--I can use that stuff if I get the chance to play. 7:26PM-the amp is here, the Tele is not-as far as I can see. 7:42PM-I guess I’ll be a spectator…such is Life.
