I hope it’s fixed


     THURSDAY 3/24/22 8:05PM-11AM FRIDAY can’t come soon enough. I think the only thing I have on my schedule for tomorrow is picking up the laptop. That’s enough for me. I didn’t go to Bippy‘s Pub tonight  by myself; mostly because I didn’t want to. I guess my next open mic appearance will be Monday at Hank Dietle’s.
I  don’t really have any idea as to what’s going on this weekend… I think there’s a visit to Annapolis and a visit to Riderwood as well. Both on the same day, I just don’t know which day that is – Saturday or Sunday.ADDENDUM-it’s Saturday.
9:48PM-I’m just trying to make it to bedtime. I don’t think I’ll be up past 11PM.
10:22PM-I just took the late night meds; so I might make it to 11:30. I took TWO Trazodones…I figure I’m going to end up taking a second one later tonight so I might as well do it now.
             FRIDAY 3/25/22 12:25PM--the laptop is back where it belongs. I'm assuming (ya know how dangerous that can be) that's it's fixed. I was about ten minutes late delivering Muzzy to the doggie playground and about an HOUR late getting to Best Buy. The first incident happened because I overslept. I didn't hear the alarm go off. The 2nd incident happen because I thought the appointment was at 11:40 when in fact it was 10:40. I don't usually screw up this much. I suspect it's only gonna get worse. Hopefully, tomorrow will be a fun day; a visit to Riderwood is not all that much fun, but I think it means a free dinner. Actually a visit with Sue and Mike is not a whole lotta fun either. Or maybe I'm just in an anti-social funk.
     SATURDAY 3/26/22 10:08AM--well, I wanted to take a shower and shave--and that's what I've done. I think we're leaving for Annapolis in about an hour or so. I have no idea when we'll be back home, hopefully by Seven o'clock. I won't be even trying to catch a nap later. Maybe that will help me get some sleep tonight.
8:46PM--finally got the black jeans...to my surprise, they do not fit. So much for that "You look like you've lost weight" BS. I'll send them back and try a 40" waist.
        I think after we work around the house tomorrow norning, the roomie and I are going to Verizon to look at iPhones. I WANT to get an iPhone 10 Mini, but there's no guarantee that I'll be able to get one. We'll see.
11:54AM--doing stuff around the house...that's not fun and rather tiring...Verizon closes at 5PM.

Musical homework

            THURSDAY 8/4/22 6:19PM-- started doing my band "homework"... Hoping to be ready by Sunday's practice. Made a legible copy (by hand and then laptop) of the songs and their corresponding NOTES. It didn't take too long, but I'm glad I'm finished. 10:22PM-just took the Trazodone...gonna give it until 11PM and then ready or not I'M going to bed. I don't know why, but I'm almost happy the cleaners won't be back for two weeks. This happens every time they come to clean. Tomorrow is Muzzy's play date. Tuesday's just as bad

            TUESDAY 5/17/22 11:16AM-- someone is coming here to give me some sort of check-up. I don't think they represent UHC, but I might be wrong about that. Whoever it is, they're supposed to be here between Noon and 4PM. The sooner they get here, the sooner they'll be gone.  11:45AM--I'm nervous about the upcoming exam. As if I didn't already have enough to worry about, right? I've got bills I think need to be paid; I wanna be alone when I do it, and unless Dianne goes upstairs to work, I won't be. 1:41PM--whoever's coming to examine me should be here shortly...how long will the exam take? I have no idea, but I hope to be trying for a nap before three o'clock. 2:56PM--the exam is over, the young woman just left...I guess I'm in worse shape than I thought. I MIGHT have a mini pizza for dinner. 3:35PM--or not...the last thing I wanna do is ask Dianne to help me cook anything ...so tonight I'll have the Fettucine Alfredo, THAT I know how ...

dumber as ya get older

        MONDAY 5/23/22 8:47AM-It took me awhile, but I (alone) checked my blood sugar. it was 116. I was ok once I found the instruction booklet. I made a really good looking omelet. Today is the last day it's safe to use the eggs.         Dianne is at her doctor's appointment, I think. I'm working on the dishes,  after which...well, I dunno what I'll be doing. IF I can find the energy, I'll go to Hank's--IF I get the chance to warm up, more than a little that is. 5:10PM--the strings on Butterscotch absolutely need to be changed...well, maybe next week I'll bring it to Hank's. I'm still planning on going, but I'm not taking anything but some guitar picks. SueEl still isn't going tonight as far as I know. There might be a Fender amp and Tele already there--I can use that stuff if I get the chance to play. 7:26PM-the amp is here, the Tele is not-as far as I can see. 7:42PM-I guess I’ll be a spectator…such is Life.
