      SATURDAY 1/29/22 NOON--I bought a user's manual for my Echo Show alarm clock...I KNOW it does way more than just wake you up in the morning...On the other hand, my iPhone does way way more than just wake me up in the morning as well. It might have been one of those "instant gratification" purchases...only time well tell.
1:32PM-coming to Target w/Dianne was a mistake. She can’t shop much more than 30 minutes or so; she’s meeting a friend at three o’clock I think.
7:23PM--We're going to Riderwood tomorrow, for no particular reason apparently. At least before the pandemic, we could have a meal in the restaurant. But not anymore...
10:48 PM--It has taken me longer than it should to figure out my schedule for the next four days; but I think I got it right. Another recent developement--my handwriting is starting to become less legible. That really bugs me.Ya know what else bugs me? Dianne's inability to put down a clean pad for the dog, especially if she notices the dog needs one before *I* notice it...
SUNDAY 1/30/22 1:45PM-We haven’t even gotten to Alvin and Janet’s place and I wish we could go home already. I don’t think we’re going to get home before 7 o’clock.(sigh) As I recall, I had the option of staying home or going with Dianne – boy did I make a mistake.
         I think the problem is, at least for today, that I didn’t get much sleep. I think I got about four hours worth; which isn’t enough, especially when you’re hoping for eight.
     2PM-She’s been in Target almost a half an hour; they must be really crowded. I don’t think it takes very long to go shop for a toaster oven, but I could be wrong. I’VE never had to shop for a toaster oven…
5:27-finally getting ready to leave, but that isn’t the same as actually leaving…
