all of Life is a patience test

MONDAY 12/20/21 11:40AM--went to Litz, they put the string on, while I waited and  watched...I think I MIGHT be able to do it myself next time...delivered Dianne's stuff to the Post Office...of course there was a long line, but because I waited,  I got it done.Went to Giant, forgot to buy the chips to replace Dianne's chips...Maybe I'll get them later.
1:38PM--naptime is in about an hour, and won't last much longer than that...Getting excited about Dietle's, whether SueEl goes with me or not...
4:21PM--didn't get any sleep, too nervous/excited about the open mic...Picking up SueEl at 6:30...we should be there by 7PM..
5:23PM--.I got a surprise--the Blues Jr. cover fits the Champion XL50 perfectly. And I found the tuner that Stoney gave me--in the BASS case.Should be able to leave when I want to...
11:25PM--just got  in from Dietle's...my best/favorite visit so far...the amp is plenty loud enough for Dietle's--or Hershey's or the OTWC or the OBTG or Bippy's...*I* think we'll be back to quaratine-ing starting in January, so the open mics will likely be shut down...if I do play out (or audition) somewhere, All I think I'll need is the guitar, the amp and two (2) stomp boxes--Chorus and Distortion...and of course all the cables...I think my "chops" are coming back...
I shared the stage with most of the open mic performers, including "hoiuse" guitarist Jim [---------]
TUESDAY 12/21/21 1:12AM--I wish I had a vehicle that I didn't have to worry about when travelling "outside" my normal vicinity...for instance, if I had a Sonata I wouldn't be afraid to go to Bippy's Pub in Ellicott City...
1:32AM--for once, I'm anxious to go to Hershey's on Thursday...
1:40AM--had a bit of a scare at Dietle's--I couldn't get the earplugs OUT of my ears...and I don't think I can or should wear them when I'm onstage playing...
9:16AM--the cleaners are coming tomorrow, so we've got work to do...the laundry will probably have to wait until Thursday...unless I do some later today...I don't think *I* have to much prepping to do, but I could be wrong.
I think I should check my new onstage set-up Thursday morning.Wanna make sure it works, meaning the stomp boxes should have fresh batteries...I'm assuming the Chorus and Distortion boxes are in the Brit Bag...
10:35AM--the area arround my chair is about as straightend out as it's gonna get...I think I've got some cardboard to flatten, but hopefully not much...
11:22AM-don't have to deal with the cardboard, we're keeping the boxes...My room could be easy--pick up the dirty clothes and put 'em in the blue basket and take the basket down to the basement. Hopefully I won't forget it's down there.
I've got about Thirty hours until the Hershey's Jam. I think I'd rather not than put the amp onstage I'll put it on the floor, so I can possibly sit near it...To tell the truth, it's not about trying to fit in or grab some of the spotlight. I'm just hoping to continue working on my "chops"...I've kinda forgotten how the jam works; I guess I'll find out on Thursday

1:29PM-my room is just about as ready as it’s gonna be…
